Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) establish the legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) and Viacation.com — including all its affiliates and subsidiaries — with respect to:

• Accessing or using Viacation.com’s website, mobile applications, or any other associated sales channels (collectively, the “Platform”).
• Booking any experiences, activities, accommodations, flights, visa support, or complete tour packages offered through Viacation.com.

By using the Platform, creating an account, or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Definitions

• User, You, Your: Any individual or entity visiting, accessing, registering on, or making a booking through the Platform.
• Booking: Any confirmed purchase or reservation made via Viacation.com.
• Services: All products and experiences booked through Viacation.com.
• Quotation: A formal offer issued by Viacation.com.
• Platform: Viacation.com’s websites, apps, portals, and other booking channels.
• User Content: Content posted or shared by Users on the Platform.
• Force Majeure: Events beyond reasonable control affecting service delivery.

Application & Scope: Part A and Part B

These T&C are divided into two distinct parts based on booking type:

Part A – Direct Experience/Activity Bookings

Applies to standalone bookings like safaris, walking tours, etc.

Part B – Complete Tour Packages

Applies to bundled bookings including flights, hotels, visas, and transfers.

Legal Agreement & Booking Contract

You must be 18+ to enter into a legal agreement. If booking for others, you ensure they accept these terms.

For complete packages (Part B), once full/partial payment is made against the Quotation, it becomes the binding agreement.

For activities (Part A), your confirmation voucher and these T&C form the agreement.

Part A: Experience Bookings

• Booking: Choose your activity, date, and participants. Booking is confirmed after payment.
• Supplier Rules: Must meet age, health, and behavioral requirements.
• Cancellation: Subject to the supplier’s policies.
• User Duties: Arrive on time, follow rules, and review your confirmation thoroughly.
• Assumption of Risk: High-risk activities are done at your own risk.

Part B: Full Tour Packages

• Role of Viacation.com: Acts as a booking facilitator.
• Booking Accuracy: You must provide correct details.
• Flight Policies: Governed by airlines. We do not control refunds or delays.
• Hotels: Information is supplied by hotel partners. Local rules may apply.
• Visa: Viacation only facilitates; embassies make the final decision.

General Provisions (Both A & B)

• User Conduct: No unlawful or harassing content.
• Data Use: We may contact you with offers and updates.
• Communication Consent: By using the Platform, you consent to communication.
• Indemnification: You hold Viacation.com harmless from any claims.
• IP Rights: All content is owned/licensed by Viacation.com.
• Jurisdiction: Governed under New Delhi jurisdiction.
• Changes: We may update these Terms at any time.
